Stress can have a devastating effect on the performance of your team. It's your responsibility as a manager to tackle its causes and minimise its impact in the workplace. This course helps you identify the main causes of stress at work and recognise the signs and symptoms of stress in yourself and your team.

You'll learn how to minimise the effects of stress and provide emotional support to your team.

You'll look at support techniques such as counselling, advising and mentoring, and when each technique is appropriate.
