Community Learning Development Worker

Salary: £17,746 - £21,231 pro rata
Hours: 37 hours per week
Full time temporary to cover maternity leave of 10 months
Location: Anglesey & Bangor
Closing Date: 12.03.10

Key post holder role will include

• Developing an appropriate programme of courses and support measures within the priorities laid down for the post.

• Assisting the Learning Manager to ensure that all the activity meets the statistical and financial targets agreed.

• Assisting in the recruitment, support and line management of part-time tutors and ensure that they are kept informed of relevant CHWEA policies with regard to finance, record keeping and quality assurance.

• Fostering links with a wide range of statutory and voluntary bodies and represent CHWEA on local committees in the area to further the strategic objectives of the Association in the Anglesey/Bangor area.
