Students will be encouraged to develop research and problem-solving skills in their assignment – that involves non-traditional media. It provides an introduction to New Media both contemporarily and historically. AIMS

Additional studies Support options are provided in the following areas: What you can do before the course starts: The web is the obvious resource for examining Multimedia. Some sites seem to work better than others; find examples of good and bad sites and look at what makes them ‘good’ or ‘bad’. Reading of any related magazines i.e. Computer Arts, 3D World, Total Film, Empire and Digital Photographer. There are many online sites where industry professionals, students and interested people discuss and share advice and expertise. One such example is www.cgsociety.org.
