Multimedia Full Time CourseAnimationThe module is an introduction to the software for the creation of “rich media” and animated content. Students are introduced to the interactive qualities of applications as well as 2d and 3d and animation capabilities. AIMS The aim of the module is to equip the student with the skills and knowledge necessary to design and construct animations and interactive content for web sites and stand alone applications. Some sites seem to work better than others; find examples of good and bad sites and look at what makes them ‘good’ or ‘bad’. Reading of any related magazines i.e. Computer Arts, 3D World, Total Film, Empire and Digital Photographer. There are many online sites where industry professionals, students and interested people discuss and share advice and expertise. One such example is www.cgsociety.org.
