Short Courses Cancellation Policy

If we cancel

Although every endeavour will be made to ensure the courses in the brochure run, occasionally courses have to be cancelled by Coleg Harlech WEA(N). If this is the case we will notify you 4 weeks prior to the start date and offer a place on an alternative course or a full refund of payments made.

If you cancel in full

If you are unable to attend please let us know as soon as you can, where possible we will be happy to move your booking to an alternative course.

If we are notified in writing 2 weeks or more before the course starts any payments made (excluding the non refundable deposit and a £5 cancellation charge) will be refunded.

If we are not notified in writing 2 weeks or more before the start of the course the full fees are payable and no refunds will be made.

If you cancel part of the course

If you are unable to attend the whole course please let us know as soon as possible. No discounts or refunds are payable for part attendance of a course.
