Nic Fallowfield - Violin 1

Nic Fallowfield is a violinist, conductor and teacher. He has been co-leader of the English String Orchestra and Northern Sinfonia, was leader of Orchestra of the Swan in its early years and is currently co-leader of sinfonia ViVA.

He has toured extensively in Europe, North and South America, and Japan and features on countless recordings. He was invited to make his professional conducting debut in 1991 with a series of concerts with the Jyvaskyla Sinfoniaorkesteri in Finland since when he has conducted in Greece, Romania, Germany and Belgium.

He is a much sought-after teacher of violin at Birmingham Conservatoire, where he also conducts regularly
