If you’ve always wanted to learn Welsh but worried that it would be too challenging, Welsh for the Family is the perfect course for you.

Welsh for the family is aimed at beginners which focuses on the fun element of learning, allowing you to learn the language following the same steps as children at school.

As well as giving you the opportunity to learn and enjoy the Welsh language at a suitable pace, you would also access our informal learning programme which offers a variety of opportunities for you and your family to practise your newly acquired skills.

The course is structured over a 60 hour period, normally delivered as two hour weekly sessions covering  a wide range of essential day to day topics, with continuation available for the second year.
